Nieuwe updates worden toegevoegd onderaan dit verhaal…….
Originele verhaal (gepubliceerd op 30 juni 2020) volgt:
OPPO is niet de meest productieve als het gaat om het uitrollen van tijdige Android OS-updates. De Chinese leverancier geeft in het tweede kwartaal van 2020 nog steeds bèta-updates van Android 10 uit voor sommige van zijn apparaten, maar er gaan al geruchten over Android 11 op de interwebs.
Google heeft al de eerste openbare bètaversie van Android 11 voor Pixel-gebruikers uitgebracht en verspreidt deze liefde langzaam naar niet-Pixel-apparaten, maar niet iedereen is aan boord van dit schip.
Net als vorig jaar neemt OPPO echter deel aan het Android R-bètatestprogramma van dit jaar. De standaard OPPO Reno was het enige apparaat dat deelnam aan bètatests van Android Q. Dit jaar is het aantal verdubbeld, althans op het moment van schrijven.
Eerder deze maand, OPPO onthuld dat de Find X2 en Find X2 Pro deel zullen uitmaken van het bètateam dat Android test 11. Ongeveer twee weken later zijn de apparaten inderdaad haalde hun eerste Android 11-bèta-update op.
De verwachting is dat de stabiele OPPO Android 11-update zal arriveren met ColorOS 8 bovenaan. Maar voor nu krijgen degenen die de overstap maken naar Android 11 bèta op de Find X2 en Find X2 Pro ColorOS 7.2 bovenop AOSP.
Vanwege de enorme hoeveelheid aanpassingen die OPPO bovenop Android 11 AOSP zal toevoegen, zal het ons niet verbazen als de stabiele versie eind dit jaar of zelfs begin 2021 wordt uitgerold.
Maar zoals altijd zullen we de ontwikkelingen in de gaten houden en de onderstaande tabel bijwerken met het laatste nieuws zodra een OPPO-apparaat de bètaversie of stabiele Android 11-update oppikt.

Update 1 (24 augustus)
OPPO heeft bevestigd dat de ColorOS 7.2-update op basis van Android 11 voor de Global OPPO Find X2-eenheden in de nabije toekomst zal aankomen. Het bedrijf deelde echter geen ETA voor de uitrol. Bekijk het volledige verhaal hier.
Update 2 (25 augustus)
OPPO is begonnen met de werving van gesloten bèta’s voor de Android 11-update voor de OPPO Ace2 in China. Een beperkt aantal geïnteresseerde gebruikers kan zich aanmelden voor het gesloten bètaprogramma. Ga voor meer informatie naar hier.
Update 3 (4 september)
IST: 18:15 uur: Oppo heeft aangekondigd dat het de werving van bètatesters voor de Android 11-update op de Oppo Find X2, Find zal starten X2 Pro, Reno3 en Reno3 Pro buiten China op 7 september. Zie meer details hier.
Update 4 (5 september)
IST: 11:30 uur: Oppo Ace2 en Oppo Ace2 EVA Limited Edition maken ook deel uit van de bèta-rekrutering voor Android 11, die vanaf september live zou moeten gaan 7, 2020. Meer daarover hier.
IST: 17:23 uur: Oppo heeft aangekondigd dat het nu personen rekruteert die willen deelnemen aan het gesloten bètaprogramma van Android 11 (ColorOS 8) voor de Oppo Reno4 Pro in China. Hoofd hier voor meer details.
Update 5 (7 september)
IST: 11:28 uur: Het Android 11 bèta-wervingsprogramma is tijdelijk opgeschort voor de Find X2-en Ace2-series in China vanwege problemen met de OTA-wervingskanaalserver. De rekrutering zou vandaag, d.w.z. 7 september rond 18:00 uur CST, opnieuw worden geopend.
IST: 19:30 uur: Android 11 bèta (ColorOS 8) bètaprogramma is vandaag van start gegaan voor de Reno3-en Reno3 Pro-apparaten in Malasia, met een beperkte quotum van 2000 plaatsen. Maar vanwege de problemen met de wervingskanaalserver kreeg hetzelfde vertraagd tot 10:00 (GMT).
Update 6 (8 september)
IST: 14:14 uur: Oppo heeft nu de werving geopend voor Oppo Find X2 en Oppo Find X2 Pro-gebruikers in India, Indonesië en Thailand voor de Android 11 bèta. Het bedrijf heeft een gebruikersquotum van 2000 ingesteld voor deze update. Hoofd hier voor alle details.
Update 7 (9 september)
IST: 10:07 uur: Google heeft eindelijk kondigde vandaag de release van Android 11 aan. In tegenstelling tot eerder zal de update worden uitgebracht voor geselecteerde apparaten van Oppo en een paar andere OEM’s naast de eigen Pixel-smartphones van Google. We zullen de tracker updaten zodra Android 11 wordt uitgerold voor in aanmerking komende Oppo-telefoons.

IST: 10:36 uur: Oppo heeft besloten om de naam van zijn aankomende skin op basis van Android 11 te veranderen. In plaats van het ColorOS 8 te noemen, Oppo heeft het officieel ColorOS 11 genoemd en het wordt op 14 september gelanceerd.

Update 8 (11 september)
IST: 12:05 uur:Het Android 11 bèta-wervingsprogramma voor de Reno4 Pro is vorige week van start gegaan. Afgaand op de laatste ontwikkelingen, de tweede wervingsfase is momenteel aan de gang. De lijst met geselecteerde gebruikers verschijnt op 14 september, drie dagen daarna, d.w.z. op 17 september, zal de bèta-update de geselecteerde apparaten bereiken.
IST: 18:50 uur: Een glimp van ColorOS 11 (of Android 11) bèta die draait op Find X2/X2 Pro, samen met een vergelijking met ColorOS 7.2 is opgedoken op video’s. Hoofd hier voor de volledige dekking.
Update 9 (14 september)
IST: 16:06 uur: Oppo heeft officieel de ColorOS 11-skin op basis van Android 11 wereldwijd onthuld en heeft ook een tijdlijn gedeeld voor de uitrol van de nieuwe huid aan zijn apparaten. Zoals verwacht zullen de Find X2 en Find X2 Pro de eersten zijn om het te krijgen.

Oppo zal de nieuwe skin naar in totaal 28 smartphones uit zijn portfolio pushen. Bovendien zal ColorOS 11 een groot aantal nieuwe functies bieden. We hebben een aantal van de belangrijkste hieronder opgesomd:

IST: 17:35 uur: Oppo heeft nu kick-started de tweede ronde van werving voor bètatesters voor Android 11 (ColorOS 11) op de Oppo Find X2-serie. Gebruikers in Thailand, India, Indonesië, Cambodja, Vietnam, de Filippijnen, Egypte kunnen zich registreren om de bèta uit te proberen.
Update 10 (15 september)
IST 14:57 pm: Oppo heeft de bètaversie van Android 11 naast ColorOS 11 momenteel niet uitgebracht in EER-en EU-regio’s vanwege zorgen over de naleving van de AVG. In plaats daarvan zal het vanaf november de bètaversie van Android voor gebruikers in Europa uitbrengen, volgens de officiële tijdlijn.

IST 07:30 pm: De ColorOS 11-update brengt een heleboel nieuwe functies voor Oppo-apparaten. De belangrijkste nieuwe toevoegingen zijn de nieuwe aanpassingsopties voor de donkere modus, FlexDrop, Oppo Relax 2.0, Dichtbij delen en de nieuwe aanpassingsopties Always-on Display. We hebben hieronder een paar afbeeldingen toegevoegd gedeeld door Oppo om enkele van de nieuwe functies te benadrukken.
Update 11 (16 september)
IST 13:26 pm: Oppo heeft een lijst met applicaties gedeeld die momenteel geen Android 11 ondersteunen. Daarom zullen deze applicaties ofwel crashen of vertragen als je ze probeert te gebruiken op een apparaat dat draait op Android 11. We hebben de lijst met niet-compatibele apps hieronder toegevoegd:

IST 17:40 pm: het komt nu aan het licht dat Oppo Reno 10x Zoom-apparaten deze keer alle ColorOS 11-functies zullen krijgen, in tegenstelling tot eerder, iets dat naar verluidt niet is gebeurd in het geval van de op Android 10 gebaseerde ColorOS 7. De informatie kwam van een moderator bij de officiële ColorOS-telegram-chatgroep.
Update 12 (24 september)
IST 16:38 pm: Oppo is nu begonnen met de openbare bèta-werving voor Android 11 ColorOS 11 voor de Reno4 Pro 5G, Ace2 en de Vind de X2-serie in China. Dit wordt de tweede rekruteringsgolf voor de Ace2 en de Find X2-serie.
Update 13 (29 september)
IST 16:54 uur: Naar verluidt zal Oppo de op Android 11 gebaseerde ColorOS 11-update voor de Oppo F17 Pro in India uitrollen. Geïnteresseerde gebruikers kunnen het vanaf 30 september installeren.
Update 14 (30 september)
IST 18:51 pm: het lijkt erop dat Oppo zich aan zijn plannen houdt en de ColorOS 11 bèta-update op basis van Android 11 voor de Oppo Reno3, Oppo Reno3 Pro, Oppo Reno4 zal uitbrengen 5G en Oppo F17 Pro vandaag zelf. Ga hierheen voor alle details.

IST 15:57 pm: Oppo heeft geplaagd dat het gebruik zal maken van zijn nieuwe Quantum Animation Engine 2.0 met de ColorOS 11 (Android 11)-update om de visuele ervaring op ondersteunde apparaten te verbeteren. Meer details hier.
Update 16 (08 oktober)
IST 13:57 pm: een recente ontwikkeling suggereert dat sommige van de nieuwe functies van ColorOS 11 niet beschikbaar zullen zijn op bepaalde andere apparaten die in aanmerking komen voor ColorOS 11 (Android 11) vanwege hardwarebeperkingen, lokale regelgeving en andere factoren. Update 17 (09 oktober)
IST 14:01 pm: Oppo beweert dat de nieuwe UI First 2.0-functie, ingebakken in ColorOS 11, tot 15% betere laadtijden van apps mogelijk maakt in vergelijking met ColorOS 7. Bekijk het eens hier.
Update 18 (10 oktober)
IST 14:00 uur: in antwoord op een vraag van een gebruiker over Android 11 voor de Oppo Reno4 Pro, verklaarde de Twitter-handle van Oppo Care India dat de update in november live gaat voor het apparaat.

Update 19 (15 oktober)
IST 13:35 pm: het is gebleken dat de eerste batch voor Oppo F17 Pro en Reno3 Pro ColorOS 11 (Android 11) bètatesters nu vol is. Maar er is geen woord over wanneer de werving voor de volgende batch zal beginnen. Volledig verhaal hier.
Update 20 (19 oktober)
IST 22:58: Oppo heeft nu aangekondigd dat het op 28 oktober de ColorOS 11-bèta voor de Reno4 Pro 5G zal uitbrengen. Daarom kunnen Reno4 Pro 5G-gebruikers de update binnen twee weken verwachten.
IST 17:19 pm: het lijkt erop dat de Android 11-update voor de Oppo K3 mogelijk niet aankomt, aangezien het apparaat niet wordt vermeld op de officiële ColorOS 11-tijdlijn en het Indiase ondersteuningsteam van het bedrijf op Twitter heeft ook hetzelfde bevestigd.
Oppo heeft echter aangegeven dat de update beschikbaar zal zijn op meer dan 28 modellen, waaronder toestellen uit de’K’-serie. Daarom maken deze tegenstrijdige rapporten het moeilijk om te zeggen of het apparaat de update zal krijgen of niet. Meer details hier.
Update 21 (20 oktober)
IST 18:46 uur: Oppo heeft heeft aangekondigd dat het nu op zoek is naar ColorOS 11 Alpha-testers voor de Oppo Reno4 Pro 4G in India. Er is een quotum van slechts 100 leden. Dus als je een alfatester wilt zijn, wil je misschien solliciteer snel.
Update 22 (27 oktober)
IST 14:30 uur: de nieuwste ColorOS 11 bèta-update voor de Oppo Find X2 heeft een nieuwe functie toegevoegd, FlexDrop genaamd, waarmee gebruikers elke app als een zwevend venster kunnen starten en overal naartoe kunnen verplaatsen het scherm om gemakkelijker te kunnen multitasken. Update 23 (28 oktober)
IST 15:05 uur: Oppo is nu rekrutering Reno4 Pro 5G-gebruikers om de ColorOS 11-bèta te testen in de VAE en Saoedi-Arabië. Het quotum is ingesteld op 4000 gebruikers en gebruikers kunnen zich vandaag aanmelden voor het programma.
Als de toepassing succesvol is, ontvangen gebruikers de update binnen drie dagen. Houd er rekening mee dat om de bèta te ontvangen, je versie CPH2089PU_11.A.19 of hoger moet installeren.
Update 24 (29 oktober)
IST 17:09 pm: Geïnteresseerde Reno4 4G-gebruikers in Indonesië-gebruikers hebben de kans om ColorOS 11 op het apparaat te ervaren, aangezien Oppo nu op zoek naar testers om de alfaversie van ColorOS 11 (Android 11) in het land te testen. p>
Update 25 (3 november)
IST 15:40 uur: Blijkbaar wordt de ColorOS 11-update op basis van Android 11 nu in stabiele vorm uitgerold voor Oppo Find X2 en Find X2 Pro. Op dit moment is het alleen beschikbaar voor degenen die deel uitmaakten van het bètaprogramma. Meer details hier.
Update 26 (5 november)
IST 18:35 uur: Het lijkt erop dat Oppo is begonnen met het werven van Oppo A52-gebruikers in India om de alfaversie van ColorOS 11 op hun apparaten te testen. Het quotum is ingesteld op slechts 100 gebruikers. Ga dus naar hier om alles te weten over de ColorOS 11-update voor het apparaat.
Update 27 (07 november)
IST 20:40 uur: De Oppo Reno4 5G en Oppo Reno4 Pro 4G zullen naar verwachting deze maand de ColorOS 11 bèta-update krijgen. Hoofd hier om alles te weten over de status van de Android 11-update op beide apparaten.
Update 28 (12 november)
IST 11:10 uur: Een nieuwe rapport suggereert dat Oppo is begonnen met het uitrollen van de stabiele ColorOS 11-update op basis van Android 11 voor de Oppo Ace2-serie in China. Gebruikers moeten de nieuwste softwareversie hebben, d.w.z. A.24 geïnstalleerd om hun apparaten te kunnen updaten met de nieuwe software.

IST 10:28 uur: Oppo is nu rekrutering Oppo F11 Pro-gebruikers in India om de alfaversie van ColorOS 11 voor het apparaat te testen. Het quotum is ingesteld voor slechts 100 leden en vandaag is de laatste dag om je in te schrijven.
Update 31 (20 november)
IST 12:09 pm: Oppo F11-en Oppo F11 Pro-gebruikers in Indonesië die ColorOS 11 op hun apparaten willen testen, kunnen nu schrijf je in voor het Alpha Testing-programma voor de op Android 11 gebaseerde skin.
Geïnteresseerde gebruikers kunnen zich registreren tussen 20 november (vandaag) en 23 november. Slechts 100 gebruikers worden geselecteerd voor het programma en krijgen de bèta 3 dagen nadat ze zich succesvol hebben geregistreerd.

IST 10:15 am: Oppo has confirmed that the ColorOS 11 beta based on Android 11 is available for the Oppo F11 Pro in India and Indonesia. Those who enrolled for the beta should be receiving it now.

IST 01:45 pm: Oppo A9 users in India can rejoice since the company has kick-started the ColorOS 11 beta program for the device. Interested users can enroll for the beta starting today till December 19.

IST 12:25 pm: Oppo has started rolling out the stable ColorOS 11 (Android 11) update to Oppo Reno3 and Oppo Reno3 Pro outside of China. The update comes as version C.12 and offers a bunch of new features and improvements.
Update 40 (December 23)
IST 01:10 pm: Oppo has released the ColorOS 11 update based on Android 11 Official Version for Oppo A72 in Kazakhstan. The latest OS update comes as version C.66 and users must be on version A.53 in order to get the same.
