L’histoire originale (publiée le 9 septembre 2020) suit:
Contrairement aux années précédentes, Huawei n’a pas participé au programme de prévisualisation pour les développeurs Android 11 de cette année. Nous connaissons tous les raisons derrière cela et même si nous en avons déjà entendu parler EMUI 11 pourrait être basé sur HarmonyOS , il semble qu’Android sera toujours le système d’exploitation principal.
Huawei dévoilera les mises à jour EMUI 11 et Magic UI 4.0 lors de sa Huawei Developer Conference (HDC) le 10 septembre. La série non annoncée Huawei Mate 40 devrait être préinstallée avec EMUI 11. Route ici pour plus de détails du moment où les autres fabricants OEM publient les mises à jour d’Android 11.
Selon le teaser ci-dessous, il semble que Huawei propose une nouvelle interface utilisateur et de nombreuses nouvelles fonctionnalités. Mais le programme principal ici semble être d’intégrer profondément les appareils EMUI 11 dans d’autres écosystèmes, probablement l’IoT.
Le logiciel devrait être déployé sur plusieurs appareils Huawei en version bêta à des fins de test, bien que le déploiement initial soit limité aux variantes chinoises. Plus tard, ceux des variantes globales obtiendront également le signe de tête.
Par développements récents , EMUI 11 beta sera disponible pour Huawei P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro +, Mate 30 4G/5G, Mate 30 Pro 4G/5G, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, MatePad Pro et MatePad Pro 5G avant les autres appareils.

Mise à jour 1 (10 septembre)
IST 17h11: Huawei a enfin annoncé la sortie de la version bêta interne d’EMUI 11.0 en Chine. Il est actuellement disponible pour la série Mate 30 , Série P40 et le MatePad Série Pro.

Mise à jour 3 (14 septembre)
IST 18h39: Huawei a officiellement lancé le recrutement bêta fermé pour le skin EMUI 11.0 basé sur Android 10 pour les nova 7 5G, nova7 Pro 5G, nova6 4G et nova6 5G en Chine.
IST 19h30: Selon une report , EMUI 11 prend en charge les fonctions d’alarme vidéo et d’avertissement de tremblement de terre. En outre, un EMUI 11 teaser indique également que la série Huawei Mate40 prendra en charge une charge rapide de 66 W.
IST 19 h 39: Lors de la conférence des développeurs Huawei, Huawei a partagé de nombreux détails concernant HarmonyOS 2.0 et EMUI 11. IST 18h17: Il semble que Huawei ait lancé le recrutement de bêta-testeurs en Russie pour tester EMUI 11 sur les Huawei P40, Huawei P40 Pro, Huawei P40 Pro + et Huawei Mate 30 Pro. Les inscriptions sont ouvertes jusqu’au 5 octobre.

IST 18h31: Un récent report suggère que la mise à jour EMUI 11 pour le Huawei Nova 6 et le Nova 6 5G a commencé à être déployée auprès des utilisateurs qui s’est inscrit au programme bêta. La mise à jour est fournie avec la version 11.0.0.115 du logiciel, à partir de la version 10.1.0.216.

IST 13h13: Huawei a enfin a publié la première mise à jour bêta d’EMUI 11 pour les Huawei P40, 40 Pro, P40 Pro + et Mate 30 Pro en Europe et en Russie. Cette nouvelle mise à jour bêta apporte un affichage permanent intelligent, un mode multi-fenêtres amélioré, des animations plus fluides et quelques autres nouvelles fonctionnalités.

IST 10 h 31: Huawei a maintenant commencé déploiement de la mise à jour EMUI 11 pour MatePad Pro et MatePad Pro 5G en Chine en tant que version 11.0.0.126. Notez que cette version est une version bêta publique.

IST 10 h 40: Huawei a a annoncé qu’il recrutait des utilisateurs pour le programme bêta fermé EMUI 11 pour les Huawei P30 et P30 Pro en Chine. Le quota est fixé à 200 utilisateurs pour chaque appareil.
Mise à jour 13 (22 octobre)
IST 15h54: La société a publié la deuxième mise à jour bêta d’EMUI 11 pour les Huawei Nova 6 et Nova 6 5G ainsi que les Nova 7 5G et Nova 7 Pro 5G en Chine comme versions 11.0.0.138 et EMUI 11.0.0.125 respectivement.

IST 20h34: Apparemment, Huawei prévoit de publier la mise à jour EMUI 11 pour 37 modèles et selon le président du département des logiciels grand public de la société, Wang Chenglu, le taux de mise à jour pour EMUI 11 sera dépasser 90%.
De plus, il sera censé se classer premier en termes de taux de mise à niveau et de volume de mise à niveau selon un nouveau rapport .

IST 17h43: Huawei a maintenant partagé sa chronologie de mise à jour bêta EMUI 11 pour 27 appareils de son portefeuille et la chronologie de mise à jour officielle pour 10 autres appareils.

Il s’agit d’un programme en version bêta fermée et donc seul un nombre limité d’utilisateurs pourra accéder au programme.
IST 13h16: Les utilisateurs de Huawei P30 et Huawei P30 Pro qui se sont inscrits au programme bêta fermé EMUI 11 sont aurait commencé à recevoir l’EMUI 11 beta sur leurs appareils. Cette mise à jour est disponible en tant que version 11.0.0.110.
Mise à jour 17 (6 novembre)
IST 14h04: Huawei a annoncé que la mise à jour stable d’EMUI 11 sortira prochainement pour le Huawei P40 series et Huawei Mate 30 series en Chine.
Les utilisateurs de la série Mate 30 sur la version 10.1.0.160 recevront la mise à jour vers la version 11.0.0.145 et les utilisateurs de la série P40 recevront la mise à jour de la version 10.1.0.162 à 11.0.0.145.

IST 17h12: Huawei a maintenant commencé recrutement Utilisateurs de Huawei Nova 5 Pro, Huawei MediaPad M6, Huawei MediaPad M6 Turbo 8.4 et Huawei MediaPad M6 10.8 pour tester la mise à jour EMUI 11 sur leurs appareils via un programme bêta fermée.

IST 10h46: Les utilisateurs de MatePad Pro et MatePad Pro 5G en Chine peuvent désormais obtenir la mise à jour officielle EMUI 11 version 11.0.0.145 sur leurs appareils via l’application d’assistance Huawei. Il n’y a pas de limite au nombre d’utilisateurs qui peuvent s’inscrire à la mise à jour selon une cible annonce .
IST 12h07: Huawei a aurait publié la mise à jour stable d’EMUI 11 pour le Mate 30 Pro. Comme prévu, la mise à jour apporte une tonne de nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations telles que l’affichage permanent intelligent, la prise en charge améliorée de plusieurs fenêtres, des animations améliorées, etc.
Cette mise à jour EMUI 11 est basée sur Android 10 et non sur Android 11, même si le nom peut suggérer le contraire. On s’attend à ce que Huawei ajoute certaines fonctionnalités d’Android 11 aux futures versions d’EMUI 11.
Mise à jour 20 (11 novembre)
IST 17 h 17: Le Huawei Mate Xs a mis en sac une nouvelle mise à jour bêta d’EMUI 11 qui ajoute une fonction de prévisualisation d’image dans l’image au téléobjectif, optimise la stabilité du système et apporte même le mois d’octobre patch selon un nouveau rapport . La mise à jour est en cours de déploiement en tant que version 11.0.0.146.
IST 18h06: Un nouveau report suggère que Huawei a commencé à déployer une nouvelle mise à jour bêta d’EMUI 11 pour le Huawei P30. La nouvelle mise à jour est disponible pour les bêta-testeurs en tant que version 11.0.0.112 et apporte le correctif d’octobre.

Mise à jour 27 (1er décembre)
IST 15h55: Huawei a commencé à recruter des bêta-testeurs pour la mise à jour EMUI 11 sur les P30, P30 Pro, Nova 5T et Mate 20 Pro en Turquie selon un nouveau rapport . Il n’y a que 300 emplacements disponibles par appareil et ceux qui sont sélectionnés recevront la mise à jour dans les 24 heures.
IST 17h50: Apparemment, plus de 10 millions d’utilisateurs ont installé la mise à jour EMUI 11 sur leurs appareils en version bêta ou stable à travers le monde sur une période de 3 mois selon un post sur le pseudo Weibo officiel de la société. ( Via )

IST 10h05: Huawei a lancé le programme public bêta EMUI 11 pour les Huawei P30 et P30 Pro en Chine. Auparavant, un nombre limité d’utilisateurs était sélectionné pour le programme bêta interne.

IST 02:20 pm: Fido has updated its OS upgrade schedule in which it has mentioned that the EMUI 11 update for the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro is coming soon. Therefore, users in Canada can expect to get EMUI 11 on their P30/P30 Pro devices this month.

IST 02:40 pm: Huawei has reportedly opened up the EMUI beta program for the Huawei Nova 5T users in South East Asia. Interested users can enroll for the beta via the Beta app on their devices.
Update 32 (December 09)
IST 06:00 pm: Huawei has begun recruiting Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Huawei Mate 20, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Huawei Mate 20 X 4G, Huawei Mate 20 X 5G, and Nova 5T users in the UK for the EMUI 11 beta program as per a fresh report.
Update 33 (December 10)
IST 09:35 am: The Chinese OEM has shared an ‘EMUI update plan’ for global users wherein the P40 series and Mate 30 series are expected to pick up the stable EMUI 11 update in December itself. Therefore, we can expect the global rollout to start very soon. Check out the full story here.
IST 05:05 pm: A user has confirmed receiving the EMUI 11 update on the Chinese variant of the Huawei Mate 30 5G. The update is available over the air with the software version 11.0.0.145 with a size of 3.19 GB.

Update 34 (December 11)
IST 10:00 am: Huawei has begun rolling out the official version of EMUI 11 for the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro in China. This indicates that the Global rollout isn’t far off.
Update 34 (December 12)
IST 02:15 pm: Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Mate 20, and Mate 20 Pro users in the Middle East can now enroll for the EMUI 11 beta program via the Huawei Beta app as per a new report.
IST 03:05 pm: According to TELUS’ software update schedule the Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 Pro will get the EMUI 11 update along with an updated security patch on December 16 in Canada. More details here.

IST 05:40 pm: It seems that the EMUI 11 update has been released for the Huawei P40 series in the UK for users on the O2 network. A Huawei P40 Pro 5G user has shared a screenshot of the update which weighs 2.43 GB and bumps the software version to 11.0..0.151.
