Moto Android11アップデートのリリース日[予定]

IST 10:55 am: The Android 11 update for the Motorola Edge+ brings a new desktop mode for the device, similar to Samsung’s Dex mode. Users would need to connect their device to a monitor via a USB-C to USB-C or a USB-C to HDMI cable.

That said, the Android 11 update is also rolling out for the Retail units of the Motorola Moto G8 Power in Mexico according to information shared by the Moto Updates Tracker group.

IST 12:45 pm: Android 11 is now making its way over to Motorola Moto G Pro units in Malaysia, Japan, Asia (Retail models), Mexico (Retail), and Latin America (Dual SIM and Single SIM models).

Update 49 (April 07)

IST 06:13 pm: New developments indicate that Motorola has started seeding the Android 11 update to the Motorola Edge in Mexico and Argentina. The update is also live for the Moto G 5G Plus in Italy.

Update 50 (April 08)

IST 06:10 pm: Motorola has apparently started rolling out Android 11 for the Moto One Hyper and Moto G8 Power in Mexico. Further, the unlocked Dual SIM Moto G8 has also bagged the update.

Apart from that, the company has also confirmed that the Motorola Moto G9 will get the update to Android 11 soon. This confirmation came through a tweet by Motorola India.

IST 12:25 pm: Android 11 is now rolling out to Motorola Edge+ units in Russia, Moto G8 Power units in the UK, and Moto G8 units from Wind (carrier) in Italy.

IST 06:35 pm: One of our readers has informed us that they bagged the Android 11 update on their Motorola Moto G8 Power in Romania after restoring the device via the Motorola Rescue program on the PC. This is despite the OTA package not being available in the country.

IST 10:40 am: Motorola has sent out the Android 11 update to the Edge+ in India, UAE, and for Tim models in Italy.

IST 12:38 pm: Motorola is apparently aware of the laggy or choppy animations on the Motorola Edge after the Android 11 update. It’s working on improvements that will be released via a future update. Check out all the details here.

IST 06:30 pm: New developments indicate that Android 11 is rolling out for Motorola Razr 5G handsets in Taiwan, Australia, Chile, Argentina, and India.

IST 06:00 pm: New information on the Moto Updates group on Telegram suggests that Android 11 is now live for the Motorola Edge in the UK (O2 models too) and unlocked EEA models.

It’s also made its way to Motorola Razr 5G models in Russia, UAE, and for unlocked EEA models.

Apart from that, Motorola Moto G8 Power users with Movistar models in Mexico have also bagged the update.

IST 10:15 am: Users with the Verizon models of the Motorola Moto G Stylus should be getting the update to Android 11 anytime now. Verizon confirmed the release of the new Android OS alongside the February security patch for the device. More details here.

IST 06:42 pm: Android 11 is now rolling out for the Motorola G Stylus in Canada too. Further, the update is live for the Moto G8 in Argentina and the UK as well as Moto G8 Power and Razr 5G in Mexico (Telcel). It’s apparently also live for unlocked Moto G 5G Plus units in Europe.

IST 06:38 pm: Responding to a Motorola Moto G Power (2021) user’s query regarding the availability of Android 11 for the device, a community forum agent said that they’re certain the update won’t be rolling out this month.

Apologies, we do not have any exact release date on the Android 11 update on this. We are certain that the update won’t be releasing within the month of May. (Source)
